1. How do I log into my mobile wallet?

In the App:

After signing into the Atlanta Falcons, Atlanta United, or Mercedes-Benz Stadium app, follow the steps below —

  1. Tap on the hamburger bar to open the app menu.
  2. Tap on your account name and “View My Stadium Rewards” at the top of the screen.
  3. Here you will be able to view your mobile wallet, including your available stadium rewards balance at the top of the screen, shop at available mobile order locations using your stadium rewards, share your stadium rewards with friends, and much more.

Alternatively, after signing into the Atlanta Falcons, Atlanta United, or Mercedes-Benz Stadium app, follow the steps below —

  1. Tap on the hamburger bar to open the app menu.
  2. Scroll down the menu to “Wallet”
  3. Here you will be able to view your mobile wallet, including your available stadium rewards balance at the top of the screen, shop at available mobile order locations using your stadium rewards, share your stadium rewards with friends, and much more.

On the web:

  1. Visit mbs.ordernext.com
  2. Log in using your Ticketmaster account information
  3. Here you will be able to view your mobile wallet, including your available stadium rewards balance at the top of the screen, shop at available mobile order locations using your stadium rewards, share your stadium rewards with friends, and much more.

2. How do I add my credit card to my wallet?

  1. Make sure you are signed into your account.
  2. Tap “View My Stadium Rewards” at the top of the app menu underneath your account name.
  3. Tap “Payments” and scroll down to “Add A Card”
  4. Enter your Card Number, followed by its Expiration Date, Security Code, and Postal Code if required.
  5. Tap “Add a Card”.
  6. Your card is now added to your account and can be used for future purchases at checkout to speed up your order.

3. How do I place an order?

In the App:

  1. Tap on the hamburger bar to open the app menu.
  2. Tap "Order Food & Beverage".
  3. Tap "Place Mobile Order Now".
  4. Scroll through the available locations and tap on the vendor you wish to order from.
  5. Tap on an item that you want to order, choose the quantity, and tap "Add to Cart". Do this with each item you wish to order.
  6. Once you are satisfied with your selections, tap "View Cart".
  7. In your cart, you will see all of the items you have added and their prices. Review your cart and add additional items by clicking “add items” or remove items by clicking “remove” or “clear cart” if desired.
  8. Enter your first name, last name, and email address where you wish to receive a receipt for your order and order number. This will help you refer to your order in the future if needed.
  9. If you have an account and would like to use any available Stadium Rewards, toggle on "Stadium Rewards" and select "Buy With Stadium Rewards".
  10. To use your preferred method of payment such as a saved debit card on your account or Apple Pay, tap “Order Now”.
  11. “Thank you for your order!” will appear on the screen temporarily and then “Your order is ready for pickup!”
  12. Your 4-digit order number will appear at the top of the screen once your order is successfully placed.
  13. Enter your cell phone number in the box at the bottom of the screen and click “Text Me Order Status” to receive your pickup location name, section, and 4-digit order number via text message.
  14. Please proceed to the pickup location and present your 4-digit order number at the counter to receive your items.

On the Web:

  1. Scroll through the available locations and tap on the vendor you wish to order from.
  2. Tap on an item that you want to order, choose the quantity, and tap “Add to Cart”. Do this with each item you wish to order.

  5. Enter your name, email, and payment information into the corresponding fields.

  10. Please proceed to the pickup location and present your 4-digit order number at the counter to receive your items.

4. Where can I find my previous orders?

In the App:

  1. Make sure you are signed into your account (see question 1 for details on how to sign in).
  2. Tap on the hamburger bar to open the app menu.
  3. Tap “Order Food and Beverage”.
  4. Tap “My Mobile Order History” to view current and previously placed orders.

On the Web:

  1. Visit mbs.ordernext.com
  2. Make sure you are signed into your account
  3. Tap on the top-left hamburger bar to open the menu.
  4. Tap “My Wallet”
  5. Tap “Orders” to view
  6. Tap “My Mobile Order History” to view current “Open Orders” and all previously “Completed” orders.

5. How can I browse food and beverage choices?

  1. Tap on the hamburger bar to open the app menu.
  2. Tap "Order Food & Beverage".
  3. Tap "Browse Stadium Menus" to search by food category, section number, specific menu items, and much more.

Locations that are available for Order ‘N Go mobile ordering will have a “Order Now In App” button on the screen, just below the stand name and location.

6. How do you scan a QR Code?

If you have an iPhone, open your phone’s camera and aim it at the QR Code. The camera will display a guide to help center the QR code on your phone screen. Once your phone recognizes the QR Code, you will be prompted to open the webpage or application that it is linked to.

If you have a newer Android device, open camera settings and make sure “Scan QR Codes” is toggled on. Once toggled on, open your phone’s camera and aim it at the QR Code. You will be prompted to open the webpage or application that it is linked to.

If you have older Android device, download a third party QR Scanner or Bar Code Reader at your discretion from the Google Play Store. Once downloaded, follow the steps from the third-party app to scan the QR Code.

7. What if I don't have the app?

We recommend downloading the Atlanta Falcons, Atlanta United, or Mercedes-Benz Stadium app by visiting the App Store on an iPhone or the Google Play Store on an Android device.

If you are not able to download one of the apps, please visit mbs.ordernext.com or scan the corresponding QR Code on the nearest TV at one of the participating Order 'N Go vendors.

8. How do I request a refund?

Any order that is not picked up by the end of an event will be canceled automatically and a refund will be issued. If you have further concerns, contact the Food and Beverage office at 470-341-5511.
