Learn more about Mobile Order through our Frequently Asked Questions below.

1. How do I log into my mobile wallet?

  1. Tap on the hamburger bar to open the app menu.
  2. Tap "Login to My Stadium Rewards".
  3. Tap "I have an account".
  4. Choose whether you would like to sign into your Mercedes-Benz Stadium account or Ticketmaster account. Tap the corresponding sign in button.
  5. Sign in with your email and password. If you don't have an account, tap "Sign Up" at the top or bottom of the login screen.
  6. Once you sign in, My Wallet will pop up with your name and any corresponding account information. Now that you are signed in, you can view your stadium rewards anytime by tapping 'View My Stadium Rewards" at the top of the app menu underneath your account name.

Please Note: Season Ticket Members will have a different color on their wallet display to denote STM status.

2. How do I add my credit card to my wallet?

  1. Make sure you are signed into your account (see question 1 for details on how to sign in).
  2. Tap "View My Stadium Rewards" at the top of the app menu underneath your account name.
  3. Tap "Update" next to "Add A Credit Card".
  4. Tap "Credit or Debit Card".
  5. Enter your Card Number, followed by its Expiration Date and Security Code if required.
  6. Tap "Add Card".
  7. Your card is now added to your account and can be used for future purchases at checkout to speed up your order.

3. How do I place an order?

  1. Tap on the hamburger bar to open the app menu.
  2. Tap "Order Food and Beverage".
  3. Tap "Place Mobile Order Now".
  4. Scroll through the available locations and tap on the vendor you wish to order from.
  5. Tap on an item that you want to order, choose the quantity, and tap "Add to Cart". Do this with each item you wish to order.
  6. Once you are satisfied with your selections, tap "View Cart".
  7. In your cart, you will see all of the items you have added and their prices. Review your cart and add/remove items if needed.
  8. Tap the "Email My Receipt" field and enter your email where you wish to receive a receipt for your order. This will help you refer to your order in the future if needed.
  9. If you have an account and would like to use any available Stadium Rewards, toggle on "Stadium Rewards".
  10. Tap "Proceed to Payment" and choose your preferred method of payment such as a saved debit card on your account or Apple Pay.
  11. "Order Processing" will appear on the screen temporarily and then "Order Received" and a QR Code will appear once your order is successfully placed. Please proceed to the stand to present and scan your QR Code for pick-up.

4. Where can I find my previous orders?

  1. Make sure you are signed into your account (see question 1 for details on how to sign in).
  2. Tap on the hamburger bar to open the app menu.
  3. Tap "Order Food and Beverage".
  4. Tap "My Mobile Order History" to view current and previously placed orders.

5. How can I browse food and beverage choices?

  1. Tap on the hamburger bar to open the app menu.
  2. Tap "Order Food and Beverage".
  3. Tap "Browse Stadium Menus" to search by food category, section number, specific menu items, and much more.

6. Where is my order's QR code?

Once you complete your payment when checking out, your app will generate a QR Code at the top after a few seconds. If you need to get back to your QR Code or Receipt, please follow the steps listed in question 4 above and tap on your order to view its QR Code and Receipt.

You are also able to view your receipt and get back to your order via the link attached in the order's email if you entered your email at checkout. If this is the case and you are unable to view your order in the app, please locate and open the email about your order in your email's inbox.

7. How do you scan a QR Code?

If you have an iPhone, open your phone’s camera and aim it at the QR Code. The camera will display a guide to help center the QR code on your phone screen. Once your phone recognizes the QR Code, you will be prompted to open the webpage or application that it is linked to.

If you have a newer Android device, open camera settings and make sure “Scan QR Codes” is toggled on. Once toggled on, open your phone’s camera and aim it at the QR Code. You will be prompted to open the webpage or application that it is linked to.

If you have older Android device, download a third party QR Scanner or Bar Code Reader at your discretion from the Google Play Store. Once downloaded, follow the steps from the third-party app to scan the QR Code.

8. What if I don't have the app?

We recommend downloading the Atlanta Falcons, Atlanta United, or Mercedes-Benz Stadium app by visiting the App Store on an iPhone or the Google Play Store on an Android device.

If you are not able to download one of the apps, please visit https://mercedesbenzstadium.ordernext.com or scan the corresponding QR Code on the nearest TV at one of the participating Order 'N Go vendors.

9. How do I request a refund?

Any order that is not picked up by the end of an event will be canceled automatically and a refund will be issued. If you have further concerns, contact the Food and Beverage office at 470-341-5511.
